New Student Info

New Kindergarten families who need to pre-register for the 2025-26 school year will need to submit the Google Form below and the following documents:

2025 Kindergarten Pre-Registration Google Form

1. Birth certificate
2. Immunization records
3. Proof of address (lease, mortgage statement, current utility bill etc.)

All of these steps must be completed before we can pre-register your kindergartener. 

The needed documents can be:

• emailed to the office at kesoffice@tsc.k12.in.us
• faxed (765) 772-1608
• sent in the mail to Klondike Elementary, 3311 Klondike Road, West Lafayette, IN 47906. 

Little Nugget Night will be Monday, April 21st from 6 - 7 pm.
