New Student Info

We are excited to have your kindergarten student join us at Klondike!

Please fill out this form to begin the registration process.

Klondike Elementary Kindergarten Pre-Registration Form

Once that is complete, please send an email to kesoffice@tsc.k12.in.us with the following attachments: 

1. Student birth certificate or passport

2. Student immunization records

3. Proof of address (lease, utility bill, tax report, etc.)

Keep an eye on the website for more information on a special event for incoming kindergarten students and their families. Little Nugget Night is scheduled for Wednesday, April 12 at 5:30 pm.

 

New families who need to register for the 2022-2023 school year will need to submit the following documents:

1. Birth certificate
2. Immunization records
3. Proof of address (lease, mortgage statement, etc.)

Please contact the KES front office at 765-463-5505 .  You will then be sent an email with further instructions on how to finalize online registration.  This will ensure that you are placed in a classroom for the 2022-2023 school year.

The needed documents can be:

•  faxed (765) 772-1608
• sent in the mail to Klondike Elementary, 3311 Klondike Road, West Lafayette, IN 47906. 

School Supplies for 2022-2023

For the 2022-2023 school year, TSC will once again provide supplies for all of our students in grades Kindergarten through eighth grade. Students will have the supplies on their first day of school.
